Secret Sign reveal

A customer wants to keep their logo change a secret during the installation and wants to do a video reveal- press release. Anyone have any suggestions? The sign is only 6' x 10', smooth aluminum. I was thinking a opaque cling product? And a drum roll?!

depending on how much it will be handled during installation, you could put Glass Apeel on it. But it would probably be best to install it when nobody is there and then cover it.

Is it a digital print, flatbed print, paint, electric face, die-cut vinyl, one piece...... ??

................. and how long must it remain covered ??​

spray chalk coat it and "unveil" with a hose or a buncha waterballoons.

Do a fake printed sign on top that looks terrible/cheesy/funny - on an easy dot adhesive product or similar, then do a the peel reveal!
