Black has partially fallen out. First test in the am is better (but still bad), then gets progressively worse. Changed the cap stations but no joy. Waiting for for 2 dampers to arrive.

Check the little hose are not cracked and are attached to the damper securely. Also check the stopper is on and is tight.
