Seeking vinyl decal and wrap installation artists with 1-3 years experience, minimum. Qualified candidates will have a working knowledge of print production (printing, laminating, weeding, masking, cutting), excel at multi-tasking, live within 30 miles of Wilmington, DE and have reliable personal transportation. Wrap certification from 3M, Avery, Oracal, etc. is ideal but not mandatory. This is a fast paced position that requires manual dexterity and attention to detail. Contract work starting at $20/hr with the potential for growth. Rate sounds fair for a probationary employee. All depends on the area too. Around here you would have people lined up for 20 bucks an hour.
