Seikitech SK-720H fine tuning

I purchased a Seikitech SK-720H about two years ago. I've found that it does an okay job, but does not always complete the cuts on certain fonts/letters. In particular, the dot on the letter 'i' is often not complete and the same can be said for the '.' .. I see the same 'problem' cuts repeatedly on the designs I cut often so it is consistently off.

I'm using Flexisign and am applying a 0.016in kinfe offset to try and compensate. Things are much worse without the offset if I remember correctly. I'm using a downforce of about 48 (this is from memory) and a speed of 2.

Can anyone tell me what adjustments I can make to try and zero the machine in a bit more? Weeding can be pretty tedious.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!
