Does anyone know how to set it up to email straight from FlexiSign? I got new internet service yesterday and can't remember or find my instructions on how to do it.

Flexi version would help.

But in 8.6v2 its:

File > Send email > then select As JPG or As PDF or As Native.

Then Flexi will call your default email program (mine is outlook) and add the attachment.

Hope that helps!

i know how to email using the program. the problem is when i updated my internet, i got a new router, ip address , etc.. now the existing settings won't work. I'm trying to figure out how to get back in to change the setting for the new equipment.

OIC.

The thing is this is not a Flexi issue. There are no "settings" per se for email inside of Flexi. You will need to set up your email client properly first, then every thing else will work fine. I would start there. And your internet seems to be working fine. so that not the problem. Call the guy that set up the new internet access?

The installer doesn't have a clue, he just pulled cable and plugged in the new router. I remember filling in the information while installing flexi, just was hoping there was an easier way than re-installing again

its not a flexi issue its your email settings

if you can send and receive emails through outlook you can send through flexi. if you are using a network you need your ip settings. for wi-fi you need your password

I guess I'm not being clear enough. For over 5 years I've been emailing out of flexi with no problems. I know how to use that part. The problem is, since my internet upgrade the previous settings are no longer good. I'm trying to figure out where to go to update with the new settings.
