(matching an existing panel that was made by someone else, and now I've gotta make a rendering to send out to client/screen printer TODAY!.... grrreeat)

Might want to take a look at Weiss-Bold Cn - not sure if it's an exact match but it's pretty close based on the limited set of characters to go off of.
