Every state is different but if your business is in Georgia and you are a W-2 employee you can file for partial unemployment along with your other employees. I have attached the Q & A info from the GA DOL website. Question 14 is pretty straight forward in answering this. The current situation is different than normal unemployment filing. As an employer you must file for you and your employees.

Depends on the state if you can. Alot depends how you pay your self. If you pay yourself with taxes taken out it would make the process a lot simpler
