Service mode is protected - Vg 540i

Hi Everybody, I would like to access to my service mode on my VG-540i, but when I try the " < v >" it say that the service mode is protected.

Can you help me please ?

If you upgraded to the new TR2 inks you will no longer be able to work on your own printer with the firmware upgrade. You must bring a Roland Tech in with current 30 day credentials to work on your machine if it has been upgraded regardless of warranty status.
