If you don't get the combo exactly right, or your timing is off, it will give you that message.
The combo is supposed to be a backwards S V, where you put the S in backward (down, right, left, up) and then do the V from right to left (right, down, left) but instead of releasing the keys when you enter the V, you hold all three.
