Need Help service mode protected?

I have been in and out of service mode several times this week, I'm having problems today just says service mode protected,I would like to make a few more adjustments before I just go out and buy a new head.
HELP thank you

If you don't do the whole sequence within about 5 seconds it fails. Also, maybe one of the buttons is not pushing as well as it should?

Were you able to unprotect the service mode on your printer?
