Servo board replacement program

I've read about Roland acknowledging weak solder joints in certain servo boards and was wondering if anyone has specifics on the serial numbers of the boards involved and what Roland is willing to do.

I think I've got one as my prints cancel, and get service call 0002 error and internal error 1670462 messages, which all stop if I take the back cover off and blow a fan on the servo board.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
