set screws for take up reel

any one know how to get these on my own. They are on the take up reel they have little black plastic caps on them. Sign outlet in chicago just will not get them for me no matter how many times i have ask even there tech that came and serviced my machine said i needed them and would get them for me? any suggestions

I don't know what they look like, but try your local automotive or industrial fastener supply place.

have you tried the roland dga website? i know exactly what you are referring to. maybe a hardware store may have them.
