Set up display W 0.0.

Hi! Tech guys,

Customer running on SP540v and unable to do set up sheet with display showing W 0.0. how do I overcome this error? You can overcome this setup error by shutting the sub & main power many times in order to get a scan media read. I noticed there is a bend on the encoded strip but what else could it be? Have anyone experience this?

We've never seen that when we had our Roland, but I did find this:

"Next time it happens power down and unplug the machine and press the power button 5 or 6 times kinda slow. This should drain the capacitors and allow the board to relearn."

Appears to have worked for someone.
