sets vs pairs vs pieces.

Nothing infuriates me more than people who order decals or vinyl and they request a set. How do I know in his mind what a set consists of. So today for example a guy ordered 2 sets of pre cut vinyl lettering for transport doors. I just figured he needed 2 for 1 truck. now it seems a set to him is 2 pcs., had I made 4 he would have told me a set for one truck was 2. Anyways, now I need to order more vinyl as it is a rarely used colour. Sometimes I hate Fridays!!!

I learned that lesson a long time ago, always ask what they mean when they say "Set".

Some people are on their own mathematical standards.
