Sometime if the media info is smudged on a roll that i preciously had in the printer my dj 5500 won't recognize the length left info so the printer asks me to enter it. If I lift the print door to see how much has been printed on the roll the printer defaults to the last length setting. I cannot find in the menu a place where I can change the length. Can this be done after the paper is loaded?
