Need Help Setting up Anapurna M on Onyx

Hello everyone!

I'm trying to setup for the first time a Afga Anarpurna M with Onyx 10 and can't make it work, the onyx says "cant connect ip" but the Ip respond to ping and the machine has the ip setup, I don't know if there is something to put in the "port configuration" under the ip number besides the default 9100 choice. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

We are trying to set the anapurna (mw in our case) with onyx (21 here).
We have the same issue with the port, but in onyx from the drop down meny we cannot select the 5000 port. Where do you set the 5000 parameter?
Also, do you use any other software alongside onyx to have anapurna print? Some say asanti is needed, but others say it works without.
