Setup file for trailer wrap

Typically I design everything from signlab. I am doing a 20+ ft trailer and I have issues sometimes printing transparency's in vector so I was going to design in photoshop.

We like to print in good quality. What do people typically do 100% at 150 dpi?
Then when you save the file do you print as a jpeg or tiff?

Something that size I would design at full size at 72 dpi. And yes, save as a compressed TIF for final output.

we try to always do a minimum of 150 DPI and TIFF is the best if you are using transparencies

If you do 1500 dpi at 1:10 scale does the computer work any faster. Its still the same pixel size. The last wrap we did for another designer the file was so huge at 150dpi at 100% i ended up doing a screen shot and then designing in vector.
