Hi folks,
I can't print grey in 2 production managers ( flexi 12 and Versa works), the grey prints beige color in both. The control panel test print in good and the fill test in service mode is good and rules out print head or cap station failure but the test print through versa prints a dark brown instead of black in the CMYK part. I can print a solid black box but not grey... I have no conclusive test print results to narrow the problem to the printer or software. Has anyone ever had a similar problem
