Other than from the standpoint of shrapnel, I don't think ammo cooking off is gonna shoot you........ it needs to be detonated from the firing pin and go down a barrel to do damage.

Ahh the fun we would have had. Perhaps we should have compared scars in OK. I came within millimeters from puncturing a lung. Took the cops about a week to figure out it came from right there and they went out 2 miles too. But that was in 78.

I'm sure they enhanced the reflection in mirror of the guys truck as seen from a satellite photo and captured the bullet in flight then the computer instantly ran a string of algorithms which all pointed the finger at Mosh.

Me too. I used to belong to an EOD Company (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) and we would use the 50 Cal as a detonation tool. It was a blast to shoot.

I can't justify a 50 Cal, but my 308 (AR-10) is fun

Jack, it is a DPMS rifle. I am ordering a MAGPUL stock for it soon.

So, if he takes 8 shots an hour for $56 that leave $4 left for beer. Lets work it down from there. 7 shots an hour for $11 for beer.... 6 shots an hour for $18 in beer which sounds about right so he can take 1 shot every 10 minutes and drink 18-30 beers per hour and not loose any money!

Lol mosh thats pretty short range for that gun. Zero is 300 yards for that monster

Ps we shoot 900 w .308 here in fort worth. It feels like lobbing an artillery shell
