Shipping a printer?

I have my Summa DC4sx for sale and I have been getting questions about shipment cost. Has anyone ever shipped anything this big? If so who did you use and can you give me an estimate on the distance and cost of a printer this size. Any help is appreciated.

I use freightquote.com. Sign up for an account and enter the size and weight, for ltl (less than truck load). You can save money by dropping or picking up at the terminals.
I would suggest crating it in a wooden box, freight companys can be rough on freight.

Go Bills!
stay away from freight companies, they give two chits about what's in the crate, it'll be damaged for sure.

use a moving company, no need to even crate it. they will wrap it in heavy blankets and strap it to the wall of the truck.
