Shipping a styrene sign.

Hello group !! I made menu for a restaurant and it is made out of vinyl applied to a styrene sheet. I is going to be shipped by dhl. The size is 40" x 25". How the heck can I ship it ?

Make a crate for it.

Sandwich it between 2 pieces of 6-10mil Coroplast ...oversize the Coroplast by an inch all around.

Or roll it up and put it in a tube. Don't forget to put the address on it and insure it.

We ship 500+ styrene menus a month. We ship them in tube boxes rolled up. We leave the core a little loose, around 6" in the center.

!-2 issues with crushing happen out of every 1,000 shipped, so nothingtooo much to worry about.

Roll it with the printed vinyl out or it may tunnel and you can use a large sonotube from your local hardware store. The bigger the better.

you can cut some 1/2 or 3/4 inch circles out of MDF and screw them in the ends to keep it from getting crushed like banner material.
