Shiraz Rip doesn't print

Help!

I have recently installed a Shiraz v6 RIP with dongle and all works well until I press print.

The rip processes the file, applies colour profiles, says it is printing then finished and exit but the printer does nothing, shows no errors but doesnt recieve the job.

Any ideas? I'm sure the RIP can see the printer.
