We personally use Activity Software (AS Activity Software - Home) I'm not the accountant, but we use this for our invoicing - we set up customers under their company names and it will log and track everything from each company. I believe it works well for the accounting side of things too since any tax changes we make through this system (no double logging information.) We also do all of our daily sales reports through this software and it catalogues all the currently active orders. We've used this program for yeeeears, the owners have never once shown any kind of desire to switch to anything else. (It also appears to be easy enough to use since all of us from owners to workers are trained to use it.)

To provide an update to this response, Shopvox has upgraded their server and the response time is night and day faster now. This is a very positive sign. It makes doing quotes much more enjoyable.

I can concur that it is multitudes faster so far.
