Shopvox Down???

I am just in the first month of switching to shop vox.. blocked off my whole morning to work on set up..maybe I should take this as a sign? How often have they been down in last year or so does anyone know? thanks!

It's finally back up after a couple of hours. It hasn't been down as much since they switched to Amazon Web Services. Speed is much better than previously.
