Should Politicians get paychecks while shutting business down?

By forcing business to shut down, they should forgo their paychecks at the same time so to share our pain.

In our work environment, 5 people in 3,000 s.f., would it be sufficient by practicing proper distancing, (not taking breaks at the same time), wearing face shield and gloves?

Why is everyone always wishing pain and financial problems on other people? Theyre working and doing more than what you think they are. Why shouldn't they get paid? Because you arent?
Theyre shutting things down in an attempt to save lives and trying to implement plans to lessen the financial blow.

Your work area might allow for social distancing, but those same employees need to get gas to go to work and spread virus that way.

The politicians dont rely on their paycheck, they rely on all the lobbyists.
