We bought last year was house stock Gloss lamination it very crystal clear and very good product, This year we buying again recent week and the production horrible is frosted gloss you can see tiny air in the lam. I ask the owner why he said because it cheap that why it can be change ($149 for 54" Luster Lam) Is that cheap?. I ask him WHY DON'T YOU PUT ON THE INVOICE "OUR PRODUCTS NOT GUARANTY NEXT TIME YOU ORDER", AND I TOLD HIM I DON'T WANT IT AND WANT TO RETURN, HE TOLD ME KEEP FOR CHEAPER JOB. FINALLY I HAD TO GIVE UP AND LET ME RETURN WITH 15% RESTOCKING FEE (THAT SUCK!!!!).

Today, We got Rush job. I call in to order and ask them make sure they have in-stock,We come in buying Oracal 200 Semi Gloss, My guy bring back is F^%&%$ GLOSS, THE INVOICE SHOW 200SMG. NOW I AM STUCK I TOLD MY CLIENT JOB WILL BE DONE MONDAY MORNING.

RECENT I TRY STAY AWAY FROM THEM, JUST SOME TIME WE REALLY NEED. WE ARE ALL BUYING CHINA PRODUCT SOME TIME JUST FLIP THE COIN OR ROLL THE DICE.

HOPE ONE DAY WE WILL HAVE BETTER VENDOR IN THE ORANGE COUNTY.
