SIGN PRODUCTION / INSTALLER POSITION – Alpharetta Sign Company

The Alpharetta Sign Company is seeking a full time Sign Producer / Installer. We are a full-service sign company, located in Alpharetta, specializing in custom signage for the exterior and interior of buildings, vehicle wraps, trade shows, architectural signs and large-sized high-resolution graphics.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience in the sign industry – design and production
• Proven track record in sign making and installation of interior and exterior signage
• Experience with all vinyl applications, large format digital printing, familiar working with all types of substrates and media
• Experience in sourcing and pricing materials for jobs
• Experience in vehicle wrapping, 3M/Avery Dennison, PDAA Certification a plus
• Work well with customers in person and on the telephone
• Pass a background check and have a clean motor vehicle report

Responsibilities:

• Sign fabrication and on-site installation of signage
• Install custom wall, window, door graphics and vinyl at customer location
• Operate powered shop tools
• Perform all manner of table work including but not limited to laminating, cutting, trimming, weeding, masking, painting, applying vinyl to substrates, sanding and polishing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of manufacturing/production area
• Maintain company equipment
• Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs

• Able to work well under pressure
• Maintain an organized and professional appearance at all times
• Be detail oriented, self-motivated and a self-starter
• A strong sense of time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Sales and marketing experience is a plus
