Sign Rails

I have a client that wants me to make a sign that he calls a sponsor board that he can slide in the sign. The names would be on a 3m pvc board that
probably would be 4 x 20 inches at the most. I am at a loss what to use for the railing. has anyone done this before or have suggestions?
TIA Lynn

clear tracking for changeable letters might work. you might have to space is out some for the 3mm material

Making America great, one sign at a time.
i have done this. down in key west there is a sign that allows for changing such a thing. i cut strips of PVC (1/2x1/2"" and placed a 1/4" rider protector edge on top of that. i used HH-66 plastic glue to bond everything. it works very well. all the PVC sliders were then cut of 1/4" thick stock.
