Sign shape templates?

I am looking for a few basic shape templates for MDO signs. Any recommendations as to where
To purchase a few to have in stock rather than using an old paint can for round corners etc.

Yeah for the prices they charge, especially for the routed MDF, It's not worth me destroying a good carbide router bit nor dealing with the nasty dust that stuff kicks up.
