JDS Industries is looking for a creative, self-motivated team player who can work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and who is excited about being part of a growing team and company. The sign specialist supports a growing customer base with exceptional customer service, technical support, trouble-shooting, and product expertise within every aspect of large format printing. This individual will travel to various tradeshows and seminars to provide education on signage material and process. Benefits start the first of the month after hire!
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via email, phone, or in person
· Responsible for properly troubleshooting printer issues and directing the customer to the right place when repairs are necessary.
· Responsible for producing marketing products for trade shows and JDS seminars.
· Represent JDS Industries at tradeshows and seminars.
· Responsible for presenting classes/seminars to large and small groups..
· Create How-to tutorials with “You Tube” videos.
.Required Education/Experience
· 2-3 years technical background and experience in a sign shop, print shop, wrap shop, or equivalent graphic design position.
· Experience presenting to small and large groups.
· Experience with providing a high level of customer service.
· Knowledge of all major graphics software programs.
