a huge shout out to Casey at Signburst! he answered a ton of questions for us before our purchase and did a comparison of what he had quoted for me and what Dell did so that I could present it to our office for aproval. my new 'puter came in yesterday!!! love it. when I turned it on, something was making one of the fans make a ticking sound. I called and it is so nice to get your call answered right off, no bouncing around from "press 1 for...press 18 for..." and so on. Casey helped me over the phone to find the fans and get what was in in out. wonderful customer service!!! if you are looking for a new computer, I highly recomend giving Casey a call!!! thanks so much for all your help
