Signcut with Snow Leopard -- NO GO!

Hey guys....I'm writing frantically to figure out what to do.

I am on an intel-based mac and recently updated from Mac OS X 10.5 to the new Snow Leopard 10.6. I was running Signcut-x2 to power my Summa D60 plotter but with the new snow leopard upgrade Signcut-X2 only worked half the time....

So I wrote to tech support at Sign Cut asking what to do when they directed me to use the "NEW" Signcutpro. In order to do so, I had to migrate my licenses to the new system. Well Signcutpro will not work what-so-ever with my setup now! So i tried downgrading to the old Sign-Cut X2 and my license says it's "suspended."

I've tried writing signcut support for two days now with no replies. What am I supposed to do? My operation is at a standstill!!!

The problem is that I've already paid for signcut...(I do my designing in illustrator and cut with signcut currently)

Did you resolve your problem?

I have sign cut x2 and was having some major problems myself awhile back.
I use mac os x leopard (not snow leopard yet)
I've been somewhat out of the loop for awhile, and decided to see if I could find someone else who also uses a mac with sign cut. So here I am...
I wanna get my cutter working again, and was hoping you figured out your problems(s).
So, did you get it figured out, and if so.... what did you have to do?

Has anyone gotten SignCut X2 to work properly with Snow Leopard yet???

I don't want to go through the troubles of upgrading then having to downgrade AGAIN if no one has still done it
