Signlab 8´s VPM will not print bitmaps

Hi,

I´ve been using Visual Production Manager and Corel Draw for printing with a good success for years but on monday this week VPM started to act up. I can print vector graphics but can not print bitmaps.

What to do?

What to do?

VPM printer driver is damaged.

Clean install:
1- Go to VPM install directory and click on the file "Clean.bat"
2- Run "PSQueue.exe" and reinstall the printer driver.

Is that driver on the Signlab 8 disc?

You can find the driver in PRINTER DVD (included with the SignLab package) and Online (follow install Wizard Instructions), not on SignLab install CD.

What is the brand and model of your printer?

Looks like the failure is in my Corel Draw X4, not on the VPM.
I imported another .eps file without using Corel and it prints fine.

It´s an old Mutoh Rockhopper.

It´s an old Mutoh Rockhopper.

I just tested it and downloaded the drivers online and installed them easily. Everything is OK.
You can do this yourself. Run VPM and go to | Devices | Manage Devices |.
