SignLab dongle verification

Is there a website where you can verify a Signlab dongle? I found a copy of SignLab and he supplied me with the dongle number and I want to make sure it's legit before I buy it.
The numbers he provided are as follows:

HASP4 M1 1.0
OZOOW KG 40933

That number merely indicates the dongle series

That number only indicates the series of dongle that the fellow has. It is a 0z00W series dongle that is similar to what CADlink is currently shipping.

However, there should be a sticker on it that indicates the dongle number. This is what you need from the fellow.
