I need to find the setting in this software that will allow me to change the setting which I am not sure of yet. My stars are not completely sharp. is there a setting in the software that will allow me to make my stars more sharper?

Don't know what you mean by sharper. But you can double click them and adjust the nodes to make them thinner, fatter, rounded and fanned out.

definitely node editing. find to tool and go from point to point to make them sharper.
