Signlab shuts down every time I try to import tif files!!

As the title says.... Why?

Does it give you an error at all? Maybe low on memory?

No message , just opens thatwindows box about looking for a solution or shut down. I am pretty sure it does it only on tif files

May not be of any help at all but....Is the tif from a third party or one created by you? Just saying, because we've had problems with third party tifs before. Opened it up in photoshop and see that "alpha Channels" was selected. Re-saved without Alpha channels and all was good.
