It’s all about your print!
That probably doesn't exist.
First, that screen shot is the signs.com website. They put 100's of thousands of dollars building that website and having it work like it does with 100's of variables and pricing based on what they need to charge.
Second, most companies are not going to give you their pricing calculators because of the work that it takes to put together due to the 100's of variables that exist in the printing world.

You can do all of that with OnPrintShop or endeavor to build your own as I have yet to find a full functioning plug-in like you want.
