Signs101 WRAP CONTEST

Wrap Type: Complete (Front, Sides, Back & Roof)
Design: In-House (Used Their Logo & Bottle w/ Our Layout & Background Design)
Install: 2 Days (Yeah Not As Fast As Some..lol.)

This was a fun project and always enjoy working with their company. Got a nice new Bud Light Mini Fridge from the owners. Always love seeing a client truly happy with our work. It makes it even better when they throw in a bonus gift!

3M IJ180-CV3 with 8518 gloss overlam. I thought the owner was going to have a stroke she was so excited. 3 weeks later the truck showed up on the nightly news under the heading "stolen truck recovered" Luckily the joyriders didn't hurt anything. Not the lowest profile truck to steal... LOL

36 Indycars to commemorate the superbowl in Indianapolis this year, featured in a local news broadcast tonight (see link below)

32 teams, 1ea. AFC & NFC champ, and 2 generic NFL cars.

We have about half completed. We did the designs and wraps.
NFL is really particular about no other logos being on the cars (Including indycar, honda or firestone) which is likely why we don't even get any mention in the local news.

Dustin (One of our installers) was working on the steelers car in the video. Poor guy was sick with the flu and managed to stop puking long enough for them to film a bit. lol

After years of shying away from wraps, we decided to try it. This is our first true wrap ever. Not sure it was the best choice since it is 30 long. Customer had some ideas of what they wanted. Took weeks to come to a final design.Nearly a week to print on the Versacamm.( in between other jobs)
2 people 4 days to install.
Oh Yeah.... priced it too low, installer botched it so we had to do sections over. Only profit made was the education.This gives courage to do our shop truck next

This is my last full body wrap (modelcar) 1:10 size no paint needed to cover up the inside finished this week.
All pre cut panels overlapping a little.
Can't do it like you big guys by printing and then strecth to fit at the edges.

Use Arlon DPF5460GTX with Arlon 3420G laminate and wet apply.
Design fully in Coreldraw X4 then converted to RGB in .PSD format.
Printed wit Mutoh Falcon Outdoor Junior with Rising Star ink.
Onyx 6.5 RIP


This is a body made for our loclal modelcar store as promotion for his shop.
He was very happy with the result.
Body still need to be cut to the car wheels and so.
