We got a call today from Signs365. I was really impressed that they followed up with us shortly after we got our account with them. They seem very eager to please us and I definitely like that. They are family owned and operated and fairly local. And from the way our conversation went I feel like they are right next door. I'm looking forward to trying them. I've heard many great things here about their service.

They are a great company to work with and have a great business model. Their prices are great and they are extremely quick. I would not suggest using them when you have a critical pms color to match. Other than that, they are a great company and definitely recommend using them.

I had them PMS match 2 colors and they were spot on.

They offer PMS matching at no charge, and that was the factor in me using them. I could have gotten the signs cheaper somewhere else, but I didnt have a way of assuring the color would be right.

good company i've never had an issue with them, they have even called me when they think the color won't come out ok

i just got an e-mail from them,they have lowered their coroplast prices to $10 per whole sheet!!
looks like a good deal to me

they rock. You cannot beat the prices, hell you cant afford to buy a printer as long as you have these guys. My only fault is they stopped offering prints with no lamination

Glad it worked for you, but we have sent them the same file asking them to match the same PMS color at least four times and it has come back different (and no where close) each time. It wasn't a big deal and the customer was very understanding, but if it was a big deal...that would be a $1k out of our pocket each time.

Not knocking Signs365 as they are wonderful to work with, just stating the only issue we had with them. Constructive criticism is a good thing. :smile:

John, thank you for the shout out. It was nice speaking with you yesterday, thank you for taking a moment out of your day to speak with me! Sorry you had an issue with color match. Do you remember what location it shipped from? If there is ever an issue please do not hesitate to call me or customer service so that we may look into it and take corrective action. We are more than happy to admit to and correct a mistake on our part. With that, I do appreciate the constructive comments....I can't improve if I don't know whats going on out there.

Have been using Signs 365 for a couple years now and have never had a problem. When asked to color match they have always been dead on and their prices are great.

I still am quite content with their service but like others, color matching is hit or miss.
A while back I needed a match on color and it was a very good match. Later there were more prints needed and I asked for the same match and it was totally off.
I contacted them and asked why and was told there is no guarantee.

Then don't offer the service and delay an extra day for nothing.

Again, my one and only issue with them but it does need to be said.

We now offer no lamination as one of our options on the Oracal 3651...we have also added the matte finish laminate as well.

Yep...this is great. The matte is going to come in handy for me in a week or so. I don't want to buy an entire roll of it, so I'm just gonna send the print over.
