Many of us have had mediocre experiences with Signs365, but I want to give them a huge shout out this week. I had ordered something from a different vendor whose turn around is normally 3 days, but right now its more like 7 days. I take full responsibility that I should have confirmed this when I placed the order, but I didn't and it was done. I only realized this fact when I needed the items the next day.
The only solution was to change the material and hope that Signs365 could accommodate our rush print/contour cut, which always take an extra day anyway. It was almost noon by the time I was able to set up the files for them and get the order started. The person on the chat was able to confirm they could help me today and we sent the order through. For that alone they deserve a big shout out. But it doesn't end there.
Around 4 pm I get a phone call stating that they were concerned my cut area was too thin on one side and he was worried the piece would break off. (design was meant for a different material, i didn't think to adjust it before i sent it out.) Could I send him a new file with that part beefed up? WOW. That is amazing and awesome customer service. I resent new files, and still got the item as promised yesterday morning. Not only that, they were delicately and carefully packed.
