simulated overprinting/trapping on HP scitex FB500

I work for a packaging company we have a demo unit on the FB500 here at the facility... From a local company while we test out weather or not we want to purchase one...

long story short does anyone know how to:

1. set up an eps file
2. rip (through caldera)
3.then setting on FB500

to accurately represent overprint/trap lines?
