Sizing/scaling

Hey All, I didn't think a site like this would exist... the google's awesome!
Anyway, I'm new on the forums but have experience with wraps and designs.
I'm looking for the best technique for sizing wraps in PS an Illy. I've used templates and pictures for templates, but find they sometimes don't match my measurements of the vehicle...

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Welcome from ME.

Always double-check measurements, especially on templates.

If you take a photo for a template, stand back as far as you can, straight, and square in the middle of the vehicle. Then zoom the camera in the fill the frame and take the picture. This will result in less distortion and more accurate sizing. Measure something on the vehicle (like headlight to taillight) and scale up your photo to actual size based on that, or scale to 10% if it's too big.
