Sketch of our unholy sales manager

Back at my old job we had a sales manager that nobody really liked. A real taskmaster, we could sell $10,000 worth of signs in a week and it wasnt good enough. Nobody stayed on the sales floor for more than 4 months and besides her and the manager nobody stayed at the company for more than 8. Many young girls just getting into sales went running to the bathroom crying a lot of the times. When one of my friends left for another job we drew this for her to hang over her desk.

Problem with folks like that is they will never change. Everything they do is perfect and you're the problem. I know I've worked for some of them.
