I was running some graphics this morning and decided to do a manual clean of the heads and cap stations... bad idea.
After doing the cleaning, the second image is what I ended up with.
It's like the ink just runs after it's printed. Heater is working.
Printer is a Roland SP300V.
The media is the same, RIP is the same, nothing was changed with the job set up.
Now... before manually cleaning the heads and cap station, I had the machine run a normal cleaning. It had just started when called out for a new CY ink cartridge. Got out a new one, shook it up, plugged it in, and it took off again.
The last two images showing the heads are after cleaning them manually... they actually were clean... then running the test print and one attempt at running the graphic.
Has anyone seen this before?
Thanks in advance for any input.
