Small Letters HELP! Graphtec CE3000

I'm having problems with very small letters coming up on my Graphtec CD3000. I switched to a 60 blade to see if that would help.. It was okay at first but went back to pulling letters up again and getting sloppy cuts.
Here is my current setting cutting out oracle 651

TOOL 09U
OFFSET -1
FORCE 14
SPEED 10
QUALITY 1

Please let me know if there are any suggestions! I need to get these done..

I don't have a Graphtec, but try lowering your force

How big are the letters?

I use a 45 deg cutting 651 with no issues on my CE3000.
I do run more offset, but each cutter will be a little different there.

Check the blade to see if anything got stuck on it.

The letters are quarter inch and thin..

1/4" = pita

1/4" on 651 will be a pain all the way around IMO.

Everything is clean in the blade.. Tried lowering the force to 13 but wasn't enough to cut out the test triangle

Can you also adjust your blade depth on that machine?, might be too deep if picking up letters.

What are your settings for small letters like that? I tried slowing it down, changing force. Now I cant get perfect test triangles to cut out..

Thanks for the help.. I Ended up finding my problem though going through the file.. I had copied another layer on top and didn't realize it was there..
