Small sections of print missing

Hello,
I am new to this forum, just bought some used equipment to open my own sign shop. I have been working at diff. sign shops for years, usually using Mimaki equipment.
Now I have this Roland CammJet 500, running it on Flexi 10. Prints great, colors look good, but the print is skipping whole lines every half inch or so. Picture attached.

It's on every file, no matter if photo or vector image. The missing lines are dependent on the resolution/quality I choose in the RIP. The higher the resolution, the closer and smaller the missing lines are, but they are there on every print.
I thought it was something in the RIP or software, it's definitely nothing manual or technical, as it's dependent on the resolution.
However the printer is so old, I cannot find any ICC profiles, which I thought might fix the issue. So I can only go thru the different RIP options right now to pinpoint the right settings (like resolution, quality, diffusion, etc).
Any other ideas?
Any idea where I can get some ICC profiles for this Roland?

Could be calibration is adjusted way off.... Menu/ Calibration/ Test Print, see if everything aligns up there. If not go to the settings option and adjust it. The calibration adjusts for different thickness media, if it's used the previous owners may have only been printing on very thick media and had it adjusted for that. Just one (simplest) of many possibilities.

Yes, the previous owner told me that they never did any changes for different media...

You are running Flexi in demo mode. It prints the lines to prevent people from pirating the software. If you have a legit copy, you just need to go into the install manager and input your product key.

I agree with the Flexi idea running in demo mode. However, as far as I understand it, if I run it in demo mode (which I'm not sure if I am, how do I check this, it came with the purchase of the machines and computers), wouldn't I NOT be able to save, copy and paste, etc. In addition, I have hooked up a Mimaki plotter to that computer and running it thru the same Flexi, and I can plot fine (no disturbing cuts etc as I would expect, if that's done in the print mode). So I am using this Flexi version to its fullest capacity, except that these lines are appearing...

Go to the Sai Production Suite File on your computer (usually on the c drive in program files) and there should be an Icon in there that looks like a lock and is called install manager. Open that up and it will have a check box that says demo mode. If it is checked, you are in demo mode. Un-check it and input your product key and it should work. If you don't have the product key, call the person you bought it from. They should have it in a print out or an email from Flexi.

You all are right, it was running in demo mode ;-(
So now I'm trying to run ColorChoice, which the previous owner used. Now I know why!
