Smalt Glue

I have a glass smalt job to do. I still have plenty of smalts but can't find my can of Holdfast Oil. It would probably be rock hard by now anyhow. My usual sources (Letterhead Supply, Quill, Hair & Ferrule) for either Holdfast Oil or Smiths Cream are either out of stock (Artisan, Nepco) or out of the business. Online searching turned up a few other sources who are also either out of stock or not carrying it. So two questions...anyone of a source for either Holdfast or Smiths or do you have an alternative method for applying smalt? I've heard of people using West Epoxy but I've also heard it's not a good method. Thanks for any assistance.

Have you tried Pacific Coast Sign Supply?
They're my local competitor on a bunch of things, but do have a good selection of "old school" sign supplies.
