Can we do something about the emoticons on this site? Why are there three categories that seem to make no sense?

Why are LARGE icons lumped next to small ones? Can we get the sizing and spacing better?

Hi! I'm Blondie and Fred created me and my roommates with a filter from the library of a program he likes named Filter Forge. We like it here and decided to stay on with the new owner. The others are named Blue Boy, Guido, Jr., and Pops.
