Software that creates a single print/cut file

I'm looking for an app that creates a single print/cut file, similar to what Flexi produces (old pre-subscription flexi). I'm currently using vinylmaster pro, which creates two separate pdf files for print/cut, for use in roland versaworks. Thanks!

What design software do you use? You could do this with either Illy or Corel draw. If you don't have those, ink scapes is free and you could save it as an SVG

Any software that allows you to make a spot color called "CutContour" will allow you to make a single print/cut file. That's exactly what Flexi does except they have a dedicated button for it.

When print and Cut as well from VersaWorks, 1 PDF file enough. Vinylmaster just as good as any other software to do that.

Hmm...Ive been trying to figure out if I can make a single print/cut file in Vinylmaster for a while now...maybe I dont have the correct version for that feature (Vinylmaster Pro 4.0).
I use Affinity Photo 2 for most of my design work, but still go back to pre-subscription Photoshop and Indesign for some old projects.

Cannot see why cannot create a single file. VM Cut can do already. just choose CutContout for the cutline. Do not create registration marks in VinylMaster. and export a PDF.
AffinityDesigner can do all the job as well include Cutline.

Export to pdf... Then check export image as well as export cutconcotour from that menu, and it'll export both

I am trying to get my VMP XPT 4.0 RIP to print directly to my Roland printers, seems to not print the whole image every time?

Is anybody having this issue?

Thank you for the reply .....My issue is that i want to print directly from Vinylmaster's RIP program to my roland prints without having to use versaworks....

Hey Mike, I think you need the super-deluxe (most expensive) version of VMP to print stuff. The version ive been using will let me design all day long, but will not print directly to anything. I can cut directly to my roland, but there is no print option...gotta export to pdf then print using versaworks.
