Question soljet xf 640 print head not work

i have sol-jet PRO4 XF 640

my machine 2 head
Before i have some blocks on test print . when we replays damper after print result second head not working.
i check head cable is working.head also firing ink.
what the solution?
how we run single head ? ( without 1 head )
